1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. Are your locks secure?

Yes. All Lockvora locks are designed with anti-pick, anti-bump, and anti-drill features (depending on the model). Security level is clearly stated on each product page.

6. What types of locks do you sell?

We offer a wide variety including:

7. Are the locks weatherproof / rust-resistant?

Many of our padlocks and outdoor locks are made with stainless steel or weatherproof coatings to resist rust and corrosion, making them suitable for outdoor use.

8. Do your locks come with keys?

Yes. Most keyed locks come with 2–4 keys. Smart locks are keyless and controlled via app.

9. Are the locks easy to install?

Most of our deadbolts and door locks can be installed with basic tools. Detailed installation instructions are included. For complex installations, we recommend hiring a professional locksmith.

10. Do you offer smart locks?

Yes. We carry smart door locks compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and smartphone apps for keyless entry and remote access.

11. What material are your locks made from?

We use premium materials including solid brass, stainless steel, hardened steel, and zinc alloy for durability and security.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my lock arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
